To provide applicants with disabilities easy access to the Consular Section facilities, a request for such service should be submitted in advance.  Requests can be made by phone by calling 044-383-80-66. Such requests should include the name of the applicant, date and time of the scheduled interview, as well as the name of the escorting person, if an escort is needed.
