The American Citizen Services Unit provides routine services Monday through Thursday by appointment only. Routine notarial and passport services are scheduled through an online appointment system. The Consular Section is prepared to deal with emergencies outside of regular working hours when necessary.  Emergencies include, but are not limited to destitution, arrest, serious illness, and death of an American citizen in Ukraine. The Consular Section is closed on U.S. and Ukrainian holidays.
