How to Enter
From March 1 to March 8, 2019 we will post a daily question about famous women in American history on the Embassy’s Instagram account @usembkyiv. To participate, post your answer to the question in the comments section of the original post and tag two (2) friends. To increase your chances of winning, answer as many questions as you like.
To Provide an Eligible Reply:
- Answer the question correctly
- Tag two or more of your friends
A person can only submit one answer to each question; those who submit more than one answer to any question will be disqualified.
Eligibility
Contestants must be at least 13-years-old on the date of entry into the contest. Contestants must be residents of Ukraine and may not be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
The contest starts on March 1, 2019. Answers may be submitted between March 1 and March 11, 2019. The prize raffle will be conducted live on Instagram on March 11 at 4:30 p.m. Kyiv time.
Participation in this contest is deemed as acceptance of these Official Contest Rules. Contestants are reminded that by participating in the contest, they are bound by Instagram’s Terms of Service and any agreements with Instagram contained therein.
Prizes
On March 11, 2019 those who provided correct replies under each post will be entered into a Live Instagram Raffle (4:30 p.m. Kyiv time). Winners will be announced on the Embassy’s Instagram account @usembkyiv on March 12, 2019, and will be randomly awarded gift bags with U.S. Embassy-branded prizes.
The same person cannot win more than once during any one contest. In the event that the same individual is chosen twice by the Randomizer, another participant will be selected.
