The U.S. Embassy Kyiv invites Ukrainian non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to submit project proposals aimed at ensuring effective and full participation of victims and witnesses of war crimes in criminal proceedings, protecting them from secondary and repeated victimization, improving awareness of their rights, expanding their access to justice and support services, as well as improving cooperation and communication between state bodies and non-governmental organizations working with such persons.
The U.S. Embassy Kyiv, through the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), invites Ukrainian NGOs to submit project proposals by Sunday, May 26.
