We would like to invite interested U.S. citizens in Kherson and the surrounding area to meet with a U.S. Consular Officer for routine ACS services on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 in “Muscat” hotel. The Officer will be available from 04:00 p.m. till 05:00 p.m. in the Hotel lobby. The “Muscat” hotel is located at 10 Radianska St. in Kherson (tel.: + 38 0552 42 47 31). Please note that the services will not be provided after 05:00 p.m. Please plan your visit accordingly and come as early in the hour as possible.
The Consular Officer will be able to provide limited citizen services on-site. These include notary services and acceptance of passport and Consular Report of Birth Abroad applications. In addition to any required documents listed on our website, please make sure you have photocopies of all your originals and translations with you. If you need a passport for someone under the age of 16, please understand that in almost every circumstance both parents and the child must come in person to submit the application. Please note that all of the fees must be paid in exact change in U.S. dollars only.
