Доброго дня, good afternoon.
I am honored to be here today to commemorate the six million lives tragically lost during the Holocaust, a period of unparalleled depravity and inhumanity.
I join all of you here today in a shared commitment to remembering the past and preserving the truth.
And while today is about remembering the past, it should also be a call to action.
To dedicating ourselves to preventing atrocities, responding to atrocities when they occur, and ensuring perpetrators are held to account.
The United States will continue to work with our partners around the globe to stand up for human rights and to combat anti-Semitism in all its forms.
We stand with Jewish-Ukrainians in their fight for equality, tolerance, and acceptance.
Today we affirm our ongoing responsibility to live up to the admonitions, “Never forget. Never again.”
Thank you, дякую.
